Every product comes with a compliance package from our Compliance Consult division. It covers data protection under the GDPR, information security under the German BSI IT-Grundschutz standard and the obligations of the EU AI Act. Does CiviHub replace our existing website?
It can, but it doesn’t have to. CiviHub can supply content to your existing site or serve the municipal website itself.
Does the app need an app store?
No. The citizen app is a web app that can be installed like an app on any smartphone.
Is CiviHub open source?
Yes. CiviHub was created as an open project together with the municipality of Fuchstal.
