AI at Covisa
AI that runs where your data belongs.
Our customers work with citizen data, health data and customer data. That is why we operate the AI ourselves instead of sending data to third-party services.
Local language models
In Nitavo the language models run locally on our servers in Germany. Input is never sent to an external AI provider.
Understanding and speaking
Speech recognition and speech synthesis on our own infrastructure, for phone, dictation and voice dialogue.
Knowledge with sources
Answers from your own documents with the exact source, so every statement can be checked.
Protecting personal data
Names, addresses and bank details are detected and can be redacted before processing.
Open source
Our AI products are open source. You can have the code reviewed to see what happens to your data.

Covisa builds the technology. Compliance Consult provides documentation and training.
Introducing AI and software also means assessing data protection impacts, demonstrating security and training staff. Under the name Compliance Consult we take care of this for municipalities and companies, for our own products and for AI from other vendors.
